The LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018, sets rules for processing information about identified or identifiable people. A person’s name, email and phone number are examples of personal data. The law covers digital processing and records in other formats.
Data suited to the context and limited to what is needed.
Clarity about purposes, information and contact channels.
The ability to ask questions, make requests and seek explanations.
Rights depend on the context and legal provisions. Requests can be made by the data subject or a legally appointed representative, without a charge for exercising these rights.
Ask whether your data is processed and request access to the corresponding personal information.
Request updates or correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data.
Request information about public and private entities with which your data has been shared.
Where processing relies on consent, learn the consequences of refusal, withdraw consent and request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
Request portability under applicable rules; object to unlawful processing without consent; and seek review of solely automated decisions affecting your interests, where applicable.
Contact, quotation and application forms are sent server-side to the responsible team with an email copy. The record includes IP and submission time.
When checking a shipment, your entries are sent to the tracking service. The website does not keep them in local storage or the page address. Only access information you are authorized to view.
Language and light or dark theme can be remembered in this browser using local storage. The Cookie Policy explains these records, their retention and how to delete them.

Depending on purpose and context, processing may rely on pre-contract steps or contract performance, legal obligations, exercise of rights or consent, among other LGPD grounds. Consent is not blanket permission for any use.
Digital enquiries involve services such as email, hosting and tracking. The purpose and service used determine information flows. External destinations follow their own rules; questions about sharing can be sent to TransED.
There is no single retention period for all data. Retention must consider purpose, legal obligations and the exercise of rights. Deletion requests are assessed in light of LGPD retention exceptions.
Send your request to TransED Brasil’s contact channel. Identify the right you wish to exercise and describe your relationship with the company to help locate the relevant interaction.
Provide your name, a reply contact and the context of your request.
Proportionate details may be requested to prevent unauthorized access to another person’s data.
The request will be assessed according to the right involved and applicable legal conditions.
Requests follow applicable legal time limits and procedures. For confirmation of processing or access, Article 19 provides for an immediate simplified reply or a full statement within 15 days, subject to relevant specific rules. Any inability to respond immediately must be explained.
You may submit a request. Assessment considers purpose, legal basis and LGPD retention exceptions. A legal obligation may justify retaining certain records.
Start by describing your request and providing a reply contact. If identity or representation must be verified, guidance should specify the information appropriate to the context. Do not send passwords.
