Documentation aligned with the cargo.

Dangerous-goods transport requirements vary by product, equipment and route. Understanding these differences is essential to planning a shipment responsibly.

01

Environmental authorizations

Interstate dangerous-goods transport requires environmental authorization from Ibama. Routes within a single state are subject to the applicable state environmental rules.

IBAMA
02

Applicable registrations and certificates

RNTRC registration applies to paid road freight transport. For bulk dangerous goods, checks also cover CIV, CIPP or CTPP certificates, depending on the vehicle, equipment and applicable requirements.

The next journey starts with today’s maintenance.

Preventive maintenance helps preserve the fleet and identify wear before it affects operations. Inspections, servicing and technical assessments should reflect vehicle use and manufacturer guidance.

Check tires, lighting, brakes and the unit’s safety equipment.

Inspect the tank, valves, hoses, couplings and signs of wear.

Record inspections, schedule service and follow up on repairs.
