A notice connected to your visit.

This notice describes features of the TransED Brasil Logística corporate website, CNPJ 31.409.458/0001-22, headquartered in São Luís, Maranhão. It covers browsing, commercial enquiries and shipment tracking.

Data related to contracts, transport or other relationships with the company may require specific clarification. Contact us for information about your circumstances.

What information is involved?

The data depends on the feature you use. Share only what is needed to explain your request and avoid personal documents, health information, passwords or bank details in message fields.

Contact and quotations

Name, company, email, telephone and operational details help us understand your enquiry and prepare a commercial response.

Tracking enquiries

Depending on the selected method, the enquiry uses an NF-e key, CPF/CNPJ or invoice number and any additional fields requested on screen. Only consult shipments you are authorised to access.

Browsing and preferences

Your browser can remember language and theme choices. Hosting services may also process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to provide and protect the website.

The information journey, explained.

Each feature works differently. Filling in a field, preparing an email and sending an enquiry are distinct actions, and that distinction matters for privacy.

Direct website submission, with a copy for you

Contact and Quotation send data server-side through the MailGrid API to the responsible team, with an automatic email copy. Messages include IP and submission time. The on-screen notice reports whether acceptance was confirmed.

The query reaches the tracking service

When you start a search, the entered identifiers are sent to the integrated service to locate available shipment information. Website code does not store the tracking history as a browser preference.

Application and optional CV

Applications go to [email protected], with a copy of the entered data to your email. One optional PDF, DOC or DOCX CV up to 5 MB may accompany the HR email. The file is checked server-side and is not published.

Preferences that stay with you.

Language and theme choices are saved in this browser’s local storage under transed-language and transed-theme. Clear them through the Cookie Policy or browser settings. This does not delete emails already sent.

Corporate pages do not include our own advertising pixels. External links, such as social networks, lead to services with their own privacy rules.

Manage preferences

Services involved and data retention.

MailGrid processes form emails. Email, hosting and tracking rely on technology providers. Data is used in the context of each feature. Ask TransED about recipients and processing in your case.

To control duplicates and attempts, the website keeps references, results and protected technical identifiers with a seven-day expiry; cleanup runs on subsequent requests. CVs and message text are not stored in that record. Email retention depends on purpose and applicable obligations; contact TransED about your case.

Protection with responsibility.

The website uses HTTPS and technical controls to restrict resource loading and external connections. These measures reduce exposure but cannot remove every digital risk. Do not share credentials and check the website address before entering data.

Your rights have a place here.

Brazil’s LGPD provides rights including confirmation, access, correction and information about data sharing. Depending on the grounds for processing, deletion or withdrawal of consent may also be requested, subject to legal conditions.

How to send your request
